Over the years our appraisal format has evolved to ensure that all the pertinent information about your vehicle is documented not only by a written description but also with multiple pictures of your vehicle. This has allowed our appraisals to become insurance company approved.

An accurate assessment of a vehicle cannot possibly be done without the appraiser physically inspecting the vehicle. Appraisals that are done over the internet without any real-world interaction between the appraiser and vehicle are not approved by insurance companies and can lead to over / under estimating of the value of the vehicle. That is why our appraisers meet with the vehicle owners, to discuss the vehicle in person and take pictures of the vehicle for accurate documentation of the condition of the vehicle.

An appraisal includes a three page vehicle report and four pages of professional photographs of all angles of your vehicle including interior, exterior, engine, trunk, etc. The report and pictures are assembled in a folder for you to keep with all your receipts for the vehicle. Insurance companies request that your appraisal is updated every 3 - 4 years depending on how much your vehicle is driven or if more custom features are added.
